We have 2 private parking spots at the front of our property.

Purpose of Security Deposit: 
 
The security deposit shall be held by the Owner as security for any damages to the property, missing items, or any other breaches of this Agreement by the Renter during the term of the rental period. 
 
Condition of Property: 
 
The property is in good condition and should be returned to the Owner in the same condition. 
 
Use of Security Deposit: 
 
The security deposit may be used by the Owner, at their sole discretion, to cover any damages to the property, missing items, or any other expenses incurred due to the Renter's breach of this Agreement. 
 
Refund of Security Deposit: 
 
The security deposit, less any deductions for damages, missing items, or outstanding balances, shall be refunded to the Renter within 3 days after the termination of the rental period, provided the Renter has fulfilled all obligations under this Agreement.

Guests will check in using a keypad lock on the front door.
Instructions and codes will be emailed to you 7 days before check in.
